Another Crippling Blow Dealt to Qadianism

Qadianis (Ahmadis) declared Non-Muslim in Gambia

The President of the nation of Gambia, Mr. Yahya Abubakr, has officially declared the country’s Qadiani community a non-Muslim minority, after Qadiani scholars were outclassed by Muslim scholars in the Courts and other fora.

Gambia is a sovereign North African country comprised of 96% Muslim and 4% non-Muslim citizens. We praise president Abubakr and the People of Gambia for this decision. Renowned religious scholars who participated in the matter included prominent Saudi Khateeb and President of the International Khatme-Nabuwat Movement, Maulana Abdul Hafiz Makki, and Movement’s Secretary General, Maulana Manzoor Ahmed Chinioti. We at Idara Dawat-o-Irshad congratulate Muslims all over the world for this unequivocal victory of truth over falsehood. Through this historic decision, Allah(SWT) completely annihilated another one of the elaborated schemes of the Qadiani leadership.

Background:

In 1965, the British Imperialists were forced to grant the country of Gambia its independence. They abdicated rule in favor of one of their faithful supporters, Mr. Farman Sangat, whom they appointed to the position of Governor of that nation. Mr. Sangat was a known Qadiani, who one year earlier had traveled to Rabwah, Pakistan, and given his oath of allegiance (bai’at) to Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood, the second head of the Qadiani Movement. During the British rule, the Qadiani headquarters in Gambia had continually preached that obedience to the British Empire was an article of faith for every Muslim! Soon after, Mirza Nasir Ahmad succeeded his father to the leadership of the Qadiani movement. Almost immediately, he ordered the Governor of Gambia, Mr. Sangat, to officially request for one of Mirza Ghulam’s (the founder of the Qadiani movement and self-appointed prophet) old clothing! He did so to be able to claim that one of the prophecies of his grandfather, Mirza Ghulam, had come true. This prophecy was that: “Kings will receive blessings (barakat) from your (Mirza’s) clothing.” The Qadiani leadership boastfully published posters all over the world, declaring that the prophecy had come true, as the king of the country of Gambia had requested for such a piece of clothing!

The First Barakat of Mirza:

The “blessing” of Mirza Ghulam proved to be very costly to the “king” of Gambia! No sooner had the clothing reached Gambia, the people of that nation revolted against the British appointed Governor, toppled his regime, and threw him in prison. It was fitting that Allah(SWT) once more shattered another calculated plot of the Qadiani leadership.

“They (the unbelievers) plot and plan, and Allah too plans; but Allah is the best of planners.”

The Second Barakat of Mirza:

Apparently, the “blessing” of the clothing of Mirza Ghulam still carries some weight, as Qadianis have now been declared a non-Muslim minority in Gambia! We believe that the time has come for the Qadiani leadership to stop misleading the humanity, accept the unanimous decision of the Muslim and secular Courts and Muslim Scholars world over, and the indisputable signs of Allah(SWT), and cease their baseless and feeble arguments, which will undoubtedly weight heavily around their necks in the Hereafter, and publicly admit that Qadianism is not Islam.
