Declaration of Human Rights, Article 1 [1 ]
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
The Ahmadiyya Case: evidence number 1:
From the work of the Founder of the Movement:
“Except for the bastards (children of prostitutes), whose hearts have been sealed by God, everyone else believes in me and has accepted me” (Aina-e-Kamalt-e-Islam, Roohani Khazain vl. 5 p 547)
“My enemies are dirty swine and their women are more wretched than bitches.” (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 14, P. 53; Najmul Huda, P. 10, 53)
“The one who has no belief in our ultimate victory is fond of becoming bastard and he is bound to be product of fornication.” (Roohany Kazaen, Vol. 9, P. 31; Anwar ul Islam, P. 30)
“Are they prepared to swear? No, they’ll never do so because they are liars and are derooting the corpse of falsehood like dogs.” (Supplement to Anjam-e-Atham, P. 25; Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 11, P. 309)
“For these people (Aryans) to lie is mother’s milk. They are Satans not humans… ” (Nuzool-e-Maseeh, p. 11)
“These KAMEENA-natured people were already eager to criticse and on top of that they got hold of some mischievous and stupid christians and satanic inclinations instructed them they are are all true, thus they also took their share of this Black face and embarassement, which is now evident on the faces of the stupid christians priests” (Arya Dharam p. 47)
“O stupid Aryas! Go and jump into some well and kill yourself” (Ibid. p. 62)
“It was absolutely essential that the error of those mischief-makers and imbeciles [compiler: meant are the Jews and the Christians] be made manifest” (A brief sketch of my life, p 42)
“Because of instigations of the same stupid Pandit, had the right… This dry-brained pundit was absolutely unfortunate and wretched… he was extremely thick skulled person and for this reason he was also a first rate proud man” (Sat Bachan p. 9)
“The teachings of Jesus ruined the whole of Europe since it permitted unrestrained and unconditional liberty. So much so that it resulted in all (practicing) adultery and fornication like pigs and dogs…” (Nur-ul-Quran, Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 9, P. 416)
[about the Christians]“These people were compelled to make use of falsehood, pretence and fraud, deceit, fabrications and forgeries in order to trun the people away with disgust from a living faith… Dear brother! These are dark-hearted people who have no fear of God, who are trying day and night to make people love darkness and forsake the Light” (Chashma-i-Masihi p. 14)
“Abdul Haq Ghaznavi … O BADZAAT JEWISH NATURED! In this Padres faces have been turned black and yours as well. … O KHABEES! How long are you going to live? … Especially RAEES-ud-DAJJALEEN (Head of Dajjals) ABDUL HAQ GHAZNAVI and his whole clan, upon them may fall 1 million shoes of the Curses of ALLAH O PALEED DAJJAL (Filthy Dajjal)! Prejudice has blinded you.” (Zamima Anjam-e-Atham, Roohani Khazain vol.11 pp.45,46)
“The unwise says that all this is absurd. This is because the imbecile does not know what powers God possesses. (Exoneration, Lahore internet ed. p.23 - part of Kitab al-Bariyya)
Declaration of Human Rights, Article 12 [1 ]
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
The Ahmadiyya Case: evidence number 1:
“Whosoever does not give up association with a bad companion, who exercises an unhealthy influence over him, he is not of my community” (Kashti-i-Nooh)
“Our prayers are separate from Non-ahmadis, it is forbidden to give our girls to them, we are stopped to offer their funeral prayers. Now what is left that we can participate with them? There are only two kinds of relations - religious and worldly. For religious relations, it is the gathering for prayers and for worldly relations, it is the marriage and both are forbidden for us.”
(Mirza Basheer Ahmad s/o Mirza Ghulam, Kalimat alFasl P. 169)
“He who gives his daughter in marriage to any non-Qadiani is a non-Ahmadi, even though he may call himself Ahmadi… It is also forbidden for our followers to participate in such marriage gathering.”
(Al-Fazl, Qadian, May 23, 1931)
“Hazrat Mirza Ghulam did not attend the funeral service of his son (late Mr. Fazl Ahmad) only because he was a non-Ahmadi (Muslim).”
(Al-Fazl, Qadian, Vol. 9, No. 47, Nov. 15, 1921)
“Whosoever, as a habit, sits among those who are hostile towards me, falling into tacit and silent agreement with them, is not of my community”
(Kashti-e-Nooh)
Declaration of Human Rights, Article 17 [1 ]
- Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
- No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 1:
“Members of the Ahmadiyya Movement are obliged to financially contribute towards the Movement. The amount varies from about 10% to ONE THIRD of their monthly income.
“Every Ahmadi donates, as a matter of belief, one- sixteenth of his income to the Community. Those who vow to donate one-tenth of their income and also promise that they will make a will leaving one-tenth of their estate to the Movement on their death are known as the testators or will-makers. But with special appeals in many years it is not unusual for will-makers to give up to one-third of their income to the Movement ”. (A Man of God: The Life of Khalifatul Masih IV of the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, by IAIN ADAMSON, Page: 77)
Munawwar Ahmad Malik is a famous and Senior Professor in Gujar Khan Government College. He was a born member of the Ahmadiyya Qadiani cult, but after witnissing its deception in 1999, he left the cult. He describes the financial system of this cult and explains how every month members have to pay at least 10 % of their earnings to this cult. In some cases they even have to pay on behalf of dead relatives. Meanwhile their leaders live a luxurous life.
The Professor: There are abundance of donations in Jamaat Ahmadiyya. Every Ahmadi is bound to pay 6% of his earnings as CHANDA AAM. It is a compulsory payment, non-payment is shown as a balance to be paid later in his account. If an Ahmadi refuses to pay CHANDA, he ceases to be an Ahmadi, although CHANDA is an optional thing whose amount is not fixed, a person can give as much as he can afford, whereas TAX is fixed and payment compulsory, non-payment will be shown as a balance in payment and it will never finish.
Apart from CHANDA AAM, there is:
CHANDA JALSA SALANA
CHANDA TEHREEK JADEED
CHANDA WAQF JADEED
CHANDA SAD SALA JUBILEE (this has now been finished)
CHANDA KHUDDAMAL AHMADIYYA (CHANDA MAJLIS) which is applicable to young people.
CHANDA TAMEER HALL (this hall was constructed in 1973 but the collection still goes on)
CHANDA BOSNIA
CHANDA AFRICA
CHANDA DISH ANTENNA (Ahmadiyya TV Network)
CHANDA LAJNA AMA’ALLAH (applicable on females)
CHANDA ATFAAL (applicable on children)
CHANDA ANSAAR (applicable to people over 40) etc.etc
In short, an Ahmadi has to give at least 10% of his earnings every month. There is a voluntary system of collecting the CHANDAS in which the collector does not get any commission. It is unlikely that anywhere thiskind of system will be found. Two three times a year different inspectors of different CHANDAS come from center to audit the accounts and make sure that the amount received is sent to the center (Chanabnagar-Rabwah). Because of this monetary system, Jamaat is accused µ of being an organized Jamaat, even though there is no system, no law or regulations or principles. There is only a system of collection donations. Had there not been such an organized collection of CHANDAS, today the PRINCES of Mirza Saheb’s family [ comment of the compiler: meant are the leaders of the Cult] would not have several murabba lands (approx A murabba = 25 acres) nor would they have been spending luxurous and ostentatious lives. These are all the BARAKAAT [compiler: this means ‘blessings’] of this monetary system. For CHANDA TEHREEK JADEED every Ahmadi man, woman, youth, old and child is included. Jamaat stresses greatly that every living being should be included in Tehreek Jadeed, rather some non-living beings are also included in this, meaning that on behalf of dead people, chanda is taken from their relatives. Now if for some locality 1200 people are included in Tehreek Jadeed, this will mean that the Ahmadiyya Population there consists of 12000 people, even though the dead ones are included in that” [ 2 ]
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 2:
On top of this financial pressure, the cult also has a “Heavenly Graveyard” in Qadian, Pakistan, where deceased “thruthfull” members can be burried. To be eligible for burial in it, a member must leave a will and testament in his life, stipulating that following his death, one tenth of all property left by him shall go into the fund of the Cult, and must have lived a righteous life of a truthfull believer. Ironically, the founder stipulates that, on the authority of Divine Revelation, these conditions do not apply to himself and his relatives… [3 ]
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 3:
For the construction of mosque in 1992 in Maple, Ontario (north of Toronto)by Ahmadiyya Muslims, a total of $4.5 million was raised among the members. A newspaper reported the following:
“Every cent was raised by Canadian Ahmadis”, said Hasanat Ahmad Syed, national secretary of the Canadian Ahmadiyya Movement. (It is estimated that between 5000 and 10,000 Ahmadis live in Canada.) “Some sold their homes, some borrowed money, some female members sold their jewelry to pay for the mosque.” Ahmadis are asked to donate from one-sixteenth to one-third of their monthly income to the movement.” [ 4 ]
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 4:
Caliph Mirza Tahir of the Movement puts it like this:
“[he said] Know that he who spends in the way of God Almighty never becomes poor It is mandatory to give Chanda on a monthly basis Light the fire of spending in the way of God Almighty, in whatever part is left of your life, in your hearts. Hazoor said the Jumma prayers and delivered the Friday sermon in Germany, during the 9th annual congregation of Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Germany. Hazoor said that this Khutba is for the German Jamaat but also refers to all Ahmadis of the world at the same time. Hazoor said that although in Germany most people make financial contribution according to what they should, there are some that don’t. If one tries to cheat then one only cheats his own self. This will harm him in many ways.
…
Hazoor called for attention to a Tehrik (movement), which demands that some people should take up a task, only to earn for spending in the way of God Almighty. Thus whatever income is obtained from that job should be spent in the way of God Almighty. Hazoor said that there are already some Ahmadi women doing so.
…
Hazoor also advised to spend in every activity being carried out for the sake of religion. This will increase one in honor. Hazoor ended the Khutba by forcefully stressing that spend in the way of religion till your last breath of life, and don’t ever think that you have done anything for the sake of religion. You need to do that for your own betterment. [5 ]
Declaration of Human Rights, Article 18 [1 ]
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 1:
“Kababeer, a small town on Mount Karmel in Haifa, Occupied Palestine in Israel, is the center of Ahmadiyya activities in Israel. Some 2000 members of this community belong to more or less the same family. In recent years the numbers have been dwindling and currently there are estimated to be only around 850 Qadianis in Palestine. Like anywhere else in the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, the community in Israel is controlled by the Missionary, who usually is a Punjabi Qadiani. The post of Missionary or Mubasshir is a very lucrative one, giving a lot of material benefits.
Ahmadis had been living a life where they had been comfortably intermixing with Muslims who were totally ignorant of the real beliefs of this cult that operates in the name of Islam as a Reform Movement. The reader should know that by concensus, the Muslim community has declared them a heretic and apostatic sect out of the fold of Islam, but this knowledge has not reached all villages and rural areas in the world. The Ahmadis of course take advantage of this and continue to operate in the name of Islam there and as such get easy access to unsuspecting victims.
At the end of 1997, a new Missionary arrived from India. Soon, he discovered that some of the girls belonging to the Qadiani (Ahmadiyya) families were either engaged or married to Muslims living in other areas. One such person was M.A. Odeh, who is the father of two grown up children. He is a born Qadiani and had been a devout Ahmadi all his life. The new Missionary asked M.A. Odeh to force his daughter to break the engagement to a Muslim. When M.A. Odeh expressed his inability to do this, to his utter dismay, the Missionary ordered him to kill his daughter
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated case. Similar incidents were reported with other Ahmadis whose daughters were engaged to or married to Muslims.
In an attempt to contain the damage done by the militant approach of this Missionary, another Missionary was sent to this community.” [6 ]
Declaration of Human Rights, Article 19 [1 ]
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 1:
The Caliph of the Movement ordered members to take down their websites. An example can be found at http://www.utexas.edu/students/amso/ of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Students Association
In the event the site meanwhile has been opened again, we here include a screen capture of the website: screen capture
The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 2:
The following letter circulated in Ahmadiyya circles in June 2000
Bismillah,
Dear Brother and Sisters in Islam.
Assalam o Alaikum
I want to Inform u, Hazoor strongly said that nobody should waste time in stupid, wasteful, Itrazat(discussions with other non Ahmadi Muslim).
Tabligh [compiler= conveyence of message] is only for information, not a long discussion (Itrazat). That is because if anybody wants to know about Ahmadiyyat, we have a thousand of books, videos, and audio, MTA, in all languages that they can benefit from truthfully.
If anybody wants to clear any point, first he/she must have the knowledge of our videos, audios, and books.
If anybody wants discussion or any opinion, contact their nearest Ahmadiyya Mission.
Mostly None Ahmadi Muslims don’t want the knowledge or truth, they as Hazoor says, “Banjer Zameeno pey Beeg mut Phankain”.
I request all the Ahmadiyya Groups Ahmadies to obey Hazoor’s order and don’t discuss any Itrazat. We already gave the answers in the last century. Those who wish to believe truly, they will and those who don’t, they will continue to criticize our true religion.
I hope that all brothers and sisters will not waste time on such irrelevant discussion but rather spend time in a knowledgable and interesting discussion from which our Jama’at will succeed and will be beneficial for all Ahmadis future)
Jazakomullah.
“Ik Nishaan Kaffi hai ager dil main ho khoffey Khuda”.
After the Mubahla no need anything.
wassalam,

The Ahmadiyya Case, evidence number 1:
“The MQL [Main Qadiani Leadership] has laid down a practice under which babies, boys or girls, born to Qadiyani couples are earmarked as a dedicated for life-long service to the Main Qadiyani Leadership. A special committee handles this scheme. The children’s names and family particulars are recorded and thereafter all the affairs of their lives, including schooling and future career are supervised and directed by the committee. The committee is to decide after necessary evaluation about the career in Science or Arts to be followed by each child, and his or her subsequent employment on special mission for the advacement of the Qadiyani aims.” [ 8 ]
This program is called Waqf Atfaal (waqf means endowment, atfaal children). Every Ahmadi is proud of this program. Its aim is to train future missionaries for the Movement.
